All showroom purchases are final sale, and exchanges are not offered for change of mind, including change of size.

Where Studio Minc agrees to a size exchange as a goodwill exception, an exchange service fee applies:

Formal Dresses: $50
Bridal gowns: $100

The exchange service fee covers stock transfer between locations, garment re-processing, and re-steaming!

All goodwill exchanges are subject to:

The original garment being returned unworn, unwashed, and in brand new condition with all tags intact
Inspection and approval of the original garment
Stock availability in the requested size
Any price difference between sizes being payable by the customer

Goodwill exchanges are offered once per purchase and remain at Studio Minc's discretion.
