By purchasing from Studio Minc, you agree to the terms and conditions of your purchase and the returns policy outlined below.
This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before purchasing to make an informed decision.

ONLINE PURCHASES:
Full Priced Items

Full priced garments purchased online are eligible for return for refund or store credit

Returns must be lodged within 7 days of delivery via our returns portal

Items must be returned in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and re-sellable condition

Refund: $25 processing & restocking fee applies

Store Credit: No admin fee (issued as a discount code)
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Sale items purchased within Australia are eligible for store credit only

Sale items purchased outside Australia are final sale and not eligible for return

All showroom purchases are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted through our showrooms.
ONLINE PURCHASES - STEPS TO RETURN
Step by Step guide for RETURN
Due to limited stock levels and exclusive availability, we require prompt action if you wish to lodge a return.
STEP 1: Lodge a Return Request

Returns must be lodged within 7 days of delivery

All returns must be submitted via our Returns Portal

STEP 2: Return Review & Approval

Allow 2–3 business days for your return request to be reviewed

If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions

Please do not send items back before approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted

STEP 3: Prepare & Package Your Return
Returned items must be in brand new and resellable condition.
Please ensure:

Item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
-
No makeup, tan, deodorant, perfume, dirt, or odour
-
No fabric damage, pulls, or snags
-
All tags and hanging ribbons are intact
-
Item is packaged securely (original packaging preferred)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

STEP 4: Ship Your Return

Returns must be received within 21 days of delivery

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

We strongly recommend using a tracked and reliable courier

STEP 5: Provide Tracking
Once your return has been dispatched, please provide your tracking details.
Studio Minc is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returns sent without tracking may not be processed if not received.

STEP 6: PROCESSING RETURN
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Allow 1–5 business days for assessment

Approved refunds are issued minus:

Original shipping fees

Duties & taxes (international orders)

$25 processing/restocking fee per dress

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for bank processing
Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a discount code

Credit value equals the item price (excluding shipping)

Credit is valid for 3 years

No processing fees apply
INTERNATIONAL IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
International orders (shipping outside Australia) may incur customs duties and taxes.
These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are based on your order value and local import thresholds.

Duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Duties & taxes are non-refundable

If you refuse, redirect, or do not collect your parcel due to duties/taxes, you will still be charged:

all related shipping costs (including return shipping where applicable), and
-
any duties/taxes charged on the shipment

Due to government border controls, these fees cannot be waived or refunded once applied.

CLEANING/ LAUNDERING FEE ($50 - $80):
If an item is returned in otherwise acceptable condition but shows minor marks (e.g. makeup, tan, deodorant, light hem dirt), a cleaning fee of $50–$80 may apply.
Items requiring extensive cleaning or repair may be declined entirely.

FAULTY PRODUCT:

Studio Minc follows strict quality control procedures prior to dispatch.
If you believe your item is faulty:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Email enquire@studiominc.com.au with clear photos of the issue
In line with Australian Consumer Law:

Minor faults may be repaired or replaced

Major faults may qualify for replacement or refund when replacement is not an option

Damage caused during wear or incorrect handling may void the claim

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION:
Studio Minc products are photographed and represented accurately.
Please note:

Lighting and screen settings may affect colour appearance

Products are not altered from advertised imagery

Monitor or device colour variation is outside our control
