SIZING CHART & CUSTOMISATIONS
TAKING YOUR MEASUREMENTS:
BUST (cm) - Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Keep the tape measure horizontal across the back
WAIST (cm) - The waist is usually the smallest region of the midsection. To determine it's location, tie a piece of string or ribbon around the waist. Use the ribbon as a guide to take a firm measurement.
UPPER HIP (cm) - The upper hip is located 10cm below the waist. It is important to determine the exact position of the upper hip. Take a horizontal measurement at this location. Keeping the tape measure parallel to the waist ribbon.
LOWER HIP (cm) - The Low hip is located 20cm below the waist. Please note that this is the measurement that should be used to match our size guide. It is important to determine the exact position of the lower hip. It is generally the fullest part of your hips and bottom. Take a horizontal measurement at this location. Keeping the tape measure parallel to the waist ribbon.
At Studio Minc we pride ourselves in the exquisite cuts and shapes of our dresses, especially our signature fitted gowns. We believe that the perfect dress isn't really perfect unless the fit is just right and sometimes a slight adjustment is necessary, but don't worry because we have you covered. The most required alterations at Studio Minc are a simple hem alteration, the addition of sewn in bra cups, or tightening of the straps. These types of alterations can be done at any seamstress or alterations service in your area. But even better, we can have them done by our manufacturing team before the dress arrives at your door!

BRA CUPS $35.00
Padded Bra Cups: The optimum choice if added volume and extra cleavage is the desired look.
- Non - Padded Bra Cups: A good choice for those with a larger bust that want a little extra support, or shaping. Bra cups are ideal in backless dresses where a strapless bra cannot be worn.
NOTE: Bra cups are sewn in using the 'floating method'. This method uses minimal stitching with allows the fabric and bust shaping to stretch and mould over the bust when worn.
NOTE: There are no returns or exchanges on gowns that have been customised or altered.
