PAYMENT TERMS

A 30% deposit must be paid to place a wholesale order via the STUDIO MINC website
The deposit must be paid using your unique ‘discount code’ at checkout, which is generated and authorized by STUDIO MINC
The balance of 70% will be invoiced to you upon the completion of your order, and must be paid in full via the payment methods specified on the invoice
The order must be paid in full prior to shipping
Shipping is arranged by STUDIO MINC upon order fulfillment and received balance payment
Shipping fees are paid by you
The fee for Shipping will be invoiced separately
All orders and shipping must be paid in full prior to dispatch

SHIPPING

Australia Post is the shipping service used to ship domestic orders within Australia
DHL express is the freight service used to ship International orders
Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the packages.
Shipping will not be charged on checkout or balance invoice.
You will be invoiced separately for shipping.
Shipping must be paid for by you prior to dispatch
Shipping fees do not include international import duties and taxes
All international taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the retailer.
If stock is damaged in transit, this is the responsibility of the shipping company, STUDIO MINC takes no responsibility for shipping once it has left our premises. We encourage you to add additional insurance and tracking to cover such risks.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES

International import duties, taxes, and customs clearances are not included in the shipping fees
international import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the retailer
International import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are determined by the customs agency within the country of destination
These fees will be based on the value of your order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for the products imported into your country
Failure to pay international duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges may result in returned or destroyed merchandise.
Merchandise that is unsuccessfully delivered due to unpaid import duties, taxes, and custom clearances will not be refunded
Any additional charges associated with returned merchandise due to unpaid import duties, taxes, and custom clearances will be invoiced to you
