PROCESSING & PREPARATION

STUDIO MINC strives to fulfil every order as promptly as possible.
However, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipment preparation. Processing time allows for payment clearance, incoming stock arrival, the addition of sewn in bra cups, steaming, quality control and packing.  

If in the case your order cannot be shipped within 5 business days, we will notify you with your options to proceed, including a longer processing/wait time, refund, or exchange.  

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

STUDIO MINC ships with Australia Post. 
Shipping within Australia is Express with tracking. 

You will receive your tracking information via email once your order has been fulfilled and is on it's way. Please use your tracking number to follow the journey of your dress.
You are responsible to collect and follow up the delivery of your order if delivery estimations are not met.  


SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

STUDIO MINC ships with DHL Express. This service is fast and reliable.  You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled and is on it's way. 
Please use your tracking number to follow the journey of your dress. You are responsible to collect and follow up the delivery of your order if delivery estimations are not met.

      INTERNATIONAL TAXES & IMPORT FEES:

      International orders may incur customs/ import fees. These duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your country of destination. These fees will be based on the value of your order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for the products imported into your country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer receiving their goods, and these fees are required at the time of delivery. Please note that It is illegal to not declare the contents within your parcel.

      In the circumstance you choose to reject or redirect your parcel due to Duties & Taxes required on your parcel, you will still be charged all related shipping costs, in addition to the Duties & Taxes applicable.

      Due to strict government border controls, these fees cannot be avoided, minimised, or waived and must be paid regardless of acceptance or rejection of your parcel.
