RETURN OR EXCHANGE

At Studio Minc we want you to love your dress! That’s why we are here every step of the way to help you choose your dream dress and guide you to a decision that we feel is best for you. If you have concerns regarding your size, or body type, or our dresses, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering. 

However, In the case that you do not love your Studio Minc gown, we are happy to exchange or refund your dress subject to the following refund/exchange guidelines. 

STEP 1:

Studio Minc must be notified of the reasoning for your return or exchange via email: enquire@studiominc.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your garment. 

STEP 2:

Once Studio Minc agrees to the return/exchange you will receive a returns form, which is to be filled out and enclosed with the returned garment. Returned items will not be accepted without a completed returns form.

STEP 3: 

Within 72 hours of receiving your garment, return your gown and completed returns form to Studio Minc via trackable shipping method.   

Garment must be in the following condition: 

  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be placed in original packing  
  • All tags and hanging ribbon must be in place
  • Item must not have been worn
  • Item must not have been washed or altered
  • Item must not be marked with make up, dirt, or spray tan
  • Returns form must be enclosed

STEP 4:

Studio Minc must be notified by email of returned tracking number. If Studio Minc is not notified of a tracking number, we may not not be able to issue a refund. 

STEP 5: 

FOR RETURNS:

Once Studio Minc has received the returned garment it will undergo thorough inspection.
If accepted, Studio Minc will issue a refund minus Processing/ handling and
restocking fee of $25 AUD. 

FOR EXCHANGE:

Once Studio Minc has received the returned garment it will undergo thorough inspection. If accepted, Studio Minc will send the agreed dress of exchange. You will be liable for the shipping cost of exchanged gown.

We truly want you to be happy with your first pick and avoid additional costs, which is why you should not hesitate to email or call us prior to ordering. Our Fashion Consultants know our dresses like the back of their hand and can answer any of your questions. 

PURCHASED ON A PAYMENT PLAN?:

Exchanges or returns are not applicable for gowns purchased on payment plans, unless Studio Minc is notified within 24 hours of paying the deposit. 

If you change your mind within 24 hours of beginning your payment plan,
Studio Minc will refund your deposit minus $15 AUD administration fee.  

DRESS WITH CUSTOMISATION?:

Dresses that have been customised to your height no longer meet our standard length and sizing. Before ordering a dress with customisation options, please keep in mind that we unable to offer returns or exchanges on any dress that has been altered/customised. This includes the insertion of bra cups.  

FAULTY PRODUCT?

At Studio Minc your satisfaction is very important to us, therefore all products are examined before posting. In the case you believe there is a fault or the goods have been damaged. Please email Studio Minc at enquire@studiominc.com.au within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your purchase with the information regarding the suspected fault. Studio Minc will then make the decision to exchange or repair your garment and advise the next steps for return. Studio Minc will cover return postage fees if we believe the fault is the responsibility of Studio Minc.
